Hi! I'm Sofia, the founder of Clariteam. I started Clariteam because I'm very passionate about helping teams be more effective and organised.

My personal mission is to serve the planet and its inhabitants, so I am promoting this course to teams who are working to improve the world.

Clariteam was started with support from the Pollination Project and Vegan Hacktivists, with an aim to help animal advocates to achieve more. That’s why our logo is a chicken paw upside down!

As a certified project manager and with over 6 years of experience, I've helped over 5 teams to be more productive and organised and I'm particularly interested in remote work.

I’ve realised that remote teams often struggle with communication because of limited contact and visibility. 

I’ve developed a simple system for team collaboration that have made a lasting positive change in the teams who incorporated it.

I've been working as a consultant, giving my training to various organisations who want to make a difference in the world, but I've realised that I can help many more teams with online courses.
